If you choose to fill out initial paperwork in the office, please arrive 10-15 minutes before your massage appointment as to not cut into your hands-on appointment time. The therapist will then ask and answer any questions that may be present to ensure a comfortable and safe massage as well as discuss any specific areas that the client would like addressed. The therapist will then leave the room while the client disrobes, and return a few minutes later when the patient is on the table under the sheets and blanket. Massage and bodywork with any add-on services will then be administered. Appropriate draping, open communication about comfort level and pressure is applied throughout the session. Once time is over, the therapist will leave the room while the client dresses and helps themselves to complimentary water or herbal tea. The massage therapist will then check in with the client before scheduling the next appointment at the client's request.
What should I expect after a massage?
You don't! A massage therapist should never pressure a client to disrobe beyond their comfort level, even if that means the client remains dressed. The therapist may suggest articles of clothing that should be removed to ensure a more effective session depending on the client's area of focus they want to be addressed, however, this is only a recommendation and accommodations can be made in order for the client to remain comfortable 100% of the session. If comfortability is a concern for you, feel free to bring in undergarments like bike shorts, camisoles or tank tops for your massages until you feel comfortable enough to disrobe fuller.
Do you take insurance?

What should I expect during my first appointment?
How much do I need to undress for a massage?
The effects of massage vary from person to person. Factors such as age, health, hydration, and pressure level administered during massage sessions all play a role in muscle and soft tissue recovery. mild muscle soreness and tenderness are common for 1-3 days after a deep tissue massage and skin discoloration after modalities such as gua sha and massage cupping are to be expected and can last up to 5-7 days in some chronic cases. It is highly recommended to increase water intake and decrease strenuous physical activity for 1-2 days after a massage to decrease the risk of soreness and dehydration
Essentially, no. CBDeep Massage uses CBD oils, creams and gels with low amounts of THC. the levels are not enough to induce high effects but have the ability to increase CBD benefits nonetheless. The topicals have numerous benefits (extreme relaxation and decreased tension included) when used with massage, however, getting stoned is not one of them.
