Policies
Cancellations
Appointments must be canceled online or over the phone at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. A 50% service fee will be charged if an appointment is canceled out of this time frame. Add-ons excluded from the fee.
No-shows
You are responsible for 100% of the cost of scheduled service if you do not show up at any given time without notice and you may be asked to sign a notice of client termination if you no-show more than once.
Lateness
Please call at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment if you are running late. Massage will still end at the scheduled time at full price, regardless of when the service begins as to not effect following clients.
Privacy
Collection of Personal Health and Financial Information:
Some personal, health and financial information are collected during the scheduling and intake process. Examples of the type of personal health information that we collect may include, your name, date of birth, address, health history, credit card information, records of your visits to CBDeep Massage and details of the treatment and products that you received during your visits. Absolutely none of your information will be used without your consent.
Your Rights:
You may access and correct your personal health records, or withdraw your consent for services at any time by contacting CBDeep Massage directly.

We take steps to protect your personal, health and financial information from theft, loss, unauthorized access, copying, modification, use, disclosure, and disposal.
